 Please Note- Prices may vary depending on breed, size, coat condition and behaviour of your dog. We reserve the right to refuse aggressive dogs to ensure the safety of the groomer and pet.

Smooth Haired:

Terms & Conditions of Booking-

PLEASE NOTE APPOINTMENTS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE APPOINTMENT DATE - WE CANNOT GARANTEE THAT WE CAN TAKE THE BOOKING IF IT IS MADE LESS THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE AND YOU MAY STILL BE CHARGED.

- Deposits-
Due to a rise in No Show's during the Christmas Period Deposit payments are now 50% of the total Groom Price. These Deposits will be non-refundable if:

- You do not show up for your appointment.
- You cancel the day before your appointment.
- You are over 10 minutes late to your appointment.

If you cancel your appointment over 24 hours in advance your deposit will run onto the following appointment you make.

Payments are made over our secure booking system. If you have  any queries about paying online please give us a call on 07312111490.

- Late Pick Ups

 If you are over 15 minutes late to pick up your dog you will be charged an extra £5. As so every 15 minutes you are late. 30 minutes = £10, 45 minutes =£15, etc.

 

- Matting

If your dog requires a full shave down due to extreme matting a £5 charge will be added to your bill, due to the wear and tear on equipment.


Meet & Greet

Free

For nervous dogs, a meet & greet with myself at the shop will be available to help ease your dog into the new surroundings.

Nail Clip

£10

For dogs of all sizes, a 15 minute appointment to clip dogs nails and  make them more comfortable.

Face Trim

£10

For longer haired pooches that may need a tidy around their face inbetween full grooms.
